Warranty Conditions

 

All our products are under the InnovaBedding warranty. During the warranty period, any collapse, deformation or similar faults caused by the product or production are under warranty. In case of user-related damages such as liquid contact, deformations during transportation or similar damages, your product will be out of warranty. If you encounter such negativities, you can contact our customer service and we can do our best to solve your problem.

 


Free Return or Exchange Conditions

 

  • All Beds in the "Bed" category have a trial period of 120 days. All you need to do for a free return is to complete the 60-day trial period. (The product's own protective packaging must be kept. Packaging, box)
  • You have a 30-day trial period for products in the Baby & Child beds and Mattress Pads categories, starting from the delivery date, and you have the right to request a return at any time during this period.
  • You can use the products delivered to your home as you wish by removing them from their packaging. We do not have any preconditions such as not opening the packaging of the products for you to be able to return them.
  • In case of any damage to your product due to production or shipping, you can request a free replacement in advance without having to wait for the 60-day usage period.

There is a right to return and exchange for each order and product once. A 30% deduction will be made for the second transaction.

 

Trial and free return period for children's beds is 30 days. You can initiate the return or exchange process after the first 15 days of use.

 

If your order is in the shipping stage, it cannot be canceled immediately. In this case, you must forward it back before the cargo delivers the product to you.

 

Paid Return Conditions

 

  • If you wish to return the product you have purchased before the 60-day trial period, your product will be delivered free of charge after a 20% deduction from your invoice amount, and the amount you have paid will be transferred to your account after a 20% deduction.
  • There is a condition that there is no user-induced damage to the product you send to our factory for return. In case of liquid contact or similar damage, a 20% deduction will be reflected to you.

 

Return Process

 

  1. You send us your return or exchange request.
  2. Our customer service will direct our cargo company to your home and the product will be picked up from you. (Pickups will not be made from villages, towns, etc.)
  3. The product that reaches our factory is checked by our relevant department.
  4. Your refund will then be transferred back to your account according to your payment method.

 

*** All our products are shipped with warranty documents. In order to exercise your warranty rights, please keep a copy of your invoice and warranty document.

 

*** Specially measured beds cannot be exchanged or returned.
