5) How does İnnovaBedding protect your personal data?

Personal data shared with İnnovaBedding is under the supervision and control of İnnovaBedding. İnnovaBedding has assumed responsibility as the data controller to establish the necessary organization and to take and adapt technical measures in order to protect the confidentiality and integrity of information in accordance with the relevant legislation in force. Being aware of our obligation in this regard, we periodically conduct penetration tests in accordance with international and national technical standards on data confidentiality and we would like to inform you that we always update our data processing policies in this context.

6) Does İnnovaBedding share your personal data?

Sharing of our customers' personal data with third parties is done with the customers' permission and, as a rule, our customers' personal data is not transferred to third parties without their approval.

In accordance with KVKK, your personal data;

b) request information if it has been processed,
c) Learning the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
d) Knowing the third parties to whom the data was transferred domestically / abroad,
e) Request correction if it is processed incompletely/incorrectly,
f) Request deletion/destruction within the framework of the conditions set forth in Article 7 of the KVKK,
g) To request notification of the transactions made pursuant to clauses (d) and (e) above to third parties to whom the data was transferred,
h) object to the emergence of a result against you due to analysis by exclusively automatic systems,
i) We would like to remind you that you have the right to demand compensation for the damages if you suffer damages due to processing of your data in violation of the KVKK.
